Every article gets two titles—the meta title and the on-page title (H1). These two titles can be exactly the same. But, if you’re struggling to balance SEO and creativity, you can make them subtly different. That said, they have to bear a family resemblance! As Rand Fishkin explains in this Whiteboard Friday, you don’t want your search user to see one title on Google, click it, then arrive at a page with a completely different title! Odds are, this person will feel confused or annoyed or think your site is broken—and leave. There needs to be continuity between the title that appears in search results and the title that appears on the page.
H1 tags are one element of optimizing your website but, if you get them wrong, it can be damaging to your site.  You never over-do your optimization but you should have your keywords listed in a compelling title.

The two instances of “h2” in the brackets to either side of the text tells your browser—and of course, Google—that the text between them should be larger than normal text, but shouldn’t be quite as big as “h1” text. It’s not a big ol’ honking title, but it’s a nice-sized subtitle that will still grab attention.
If you want to work and study, then your best option I think is to get H1B visa. If you change your status to F1 visa, you cannot work full time and you have to be enrolled full time and can only work on campus for 20 hrs. Find a job in a local company and get H1B sponsored by them, you can continue to work for them and also complete MBA too. I know it can be hard to find a H1B sponsor…but there is no better choice.
Many of the same tips offered above for H1 tag best practices apply to the other heading tags you may use on your site. As long as you do not stuff them with keywords, keep them unique, and write descriptive, informative headers, users will appreciate them—which, in turn, can help your site’s performance in search. In SEO, H1 tags are the most beneficial when they also help to make your webpage user-friendly.

You can find the input field for the SEO title in the Yoast SEO metabox, which appears underneath the post input field. To edit the SEO title, you need to click on the edit snippet button. The snippet preview will then open. The snippet preview offers you three input fields. The first one is the input field to edit your SEO title. Beneath the input field you’ll – hopefully – see a green bar. That’s to say, it will be green if your SEO title is well-optimized. If it’s orange or red you should put some effort in improving it. As you can see, the SEO title has all kinds of weird %-signs in it. Of course, there are many in the industry that will argue that a keyword-targeted H1 will not help a page rank. It’s your call whether to lean toward consistency or creativity. Personally, I’d be more likely to use a creative H1 in the case of an article or blog post (like the examples above) than, say, a product page or an evergreen page on a core topic.
Meta keywords are an obsolete method for attracting SEO traffic. It’s worth knowing however that they once worked at the dawn of SEO keyword tags were a factor that used to count.
